Modern and lovely, the Alba Hotel is a three-star Rome hotel right near the University of Rome in the eastern part of the Eternal City. This pretty hotel in Rome has 64 guestrooms, all decorated in gentle, neutral colours, with contemporary and sleek furnishings, and all offering excellent comfort and convenience. Complete with air conditioning, and an in room bar, each room also has a personal safe as well as an LCD flat screen TV set with access to international channels. A complimentary breakfast is served every morning, but there is no restaurant at this hotel. There are plenty of excellent restaurants right nearby, and the staff at the hotel can make reservations or recommendations, and can even help arrange for sightseeing tours. Behind the Alba Hotel in Rome is a beautifully landscaped private garden, which is a lovely place to enjoy a coffee, a glass of wine, or a quiet rest after a long day of sightseeing. The two-storey hotel was entirely refurbished recently, and has excellent connections to the entire city. The Alba hotel is just a short walk from Rome's Termini train station, which has connections every seven minutes into the heart of the city.
