The Hotel
The Hotel Flaminius is a three-star hotel in the heart of Rome’s historic centre. Less than a 15 minutes’ walk from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica, this charming Rome hotel is also close to the world class shopping of the Via Condotti and the ancient history of the Roman Forum. It offers 52 guest rooms, and four lovely suites. The rooms have a basic décor, comfortable and pleasing. Every room features individual control of air conditioning and heating, en suite bathrooms with showers or bathtubs, and satellite television. Each room is non-smoking. There is no wireless internet, but there is an internet station in the lobby of the Hotel Flaminius. A rich buffet breakfast is served every morning, and each room has a mini-refrigerator, so you can store a few items yourself. There is no hotel restaurant or bar here, but the Hotel Flaminius is surrounded by Rome’s best places to eat and drink. With excellent access to the city’s great public transportation system, the best feature of this pretty Rome hotel is its excellent location, just steps from the Piazza di Spagna and all the fantastic shops and restaurants of the Eternal City.
